Um....

Feeling a little glurky on account of stuff.
Mum. Jobs. Right knee. Taking a wrong turn whilst out in me motor.
But all these trifles can be soothed by a good day tomorrow. X

Just a rant regarding last week's X Factor.

I thought SiCo had a duty of care towards the auditionees, obviously not. One woman, can't remember her name, came on stage with a bunch of flowers for Louis Walsh then, after handing them to him, began to sing. She couldn't. Her voice not improving since the last time she auditioned a couple of years ago.

The middle aged woman looked distant, in a catastrophically deluded world of her own, yet she sang on with not many interruptions. It was painful. It was show biz!
The woman/wannabee star was fodder, plain and simple. Her lack of vocals, style and awareness grist to SiCo's mill. If she was treated like this in any other area of life heads would roll.. It was tantamount to abuse.

When the cocksure swagger out without a voice, but with balls and a big mouth, the jury aren't so cruel. But when someone doesn't have street cred they are left centre stage like the bearded lady at the fun fair... so the beautiful people can enjoy.

Bless your heart darling....

Cooking tonight:
A fav..sausage saxony...lots of mash too. For pud...chocolate cake...which has just reminded me The Great British Bake Off....Tonight.... the 5 gals will be cooking desserts. Yum. One not to miss.

So after a bit of telly and a bit of sausage I'm off to bed. :)
